Delivering Service Excellence

The one-day programme, Delivering Service Excellence, is aimed at staff and team members of all hospitality and tourism related businesses and organisations in Glasgow.

Participants will learn how to understand different types of customer, the impact of a positive attitude and how to take service delivery to the next level. Every participant will leave with a set of actions that they will complete to go from great service to outstanding service.

Cost

For a limited time, this one-day course is being offered at just £55+VAT per person. This includes lunch, refreshments and all participants receive a Glasgow Welcomes certificate and badge on successful completion.
