Our city-wide programme Glasgow Welcomes encourages participants to think about customer service in a new way – and helps service providers to delivers fantastic experiences through its people.

The one-day programme, Delivering Service Excellence, is aimed at staff and team members of all hospitality and tourism related businesses/organisations in Glasgow. Courses include lunch, refreshments, a Glasgow Welcomes certificate and badge.
